7 Day Healthy Plant Guarantee

Every plant that leaves our farm is healthy and true to variety. If yours arrives in poor condition, we have got you covered.

How it works

If your plant arrives damaged, diseased, or otherwise unhealthy, email us at info@56flowers.ca within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number and clear photos of the plant.

What we offer

Eligible plants will be exchanged — not refunded — in line with our exchange policy: the plant must still be in its original pot with its original tag attached.

What is not covered

• Plants that have been removed from their original pot or are missing the original tag
• Damage caused by improper care, extreme weather, or pests after the plant is in your hands
• Claims made more than 7 days after you receive the plant
