Refund policy

Please understand that flowers and plants are perishable goods. We do not offer refunds or returns. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the plant is still in its original pot with its original tag attached. Plants that have been removed from their original pot, or that no longer have their original tag, cannot be exchanged.
