FAQ
When will my pre-ordered roses be ready for pickup?
Pre-ordered potted roses are typically ready in April. We will email you as soon as your roses are ready, with pickup details.
Do you ship potted roses?
No — potted roses are local pickup only. We ship bare-root roses within Canada each spring (usually March–April); shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination via Canada Post.
Where can I pick up my order?
We have four pickup locations: our farm in Milton (9724 First Line, Nassagaweya), plus Markham, Mississauga, and Oakville pickup points. Choose your preferred location at checkout.
What is your return / exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds or returns. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the plant is still in its original pot with its original tag attached. Plants that have been removed from the pot or are missing the tag cannot be exchanged.
How can I pay?
You can pay online by credit card at checkout, or choose Cash on Pickup and pay in cash when you collect your roses at the farm.
Can I visit the farm?
Yes! Our farm store is open during the growing season. The 2027 season opens April 12 — come walk the rows and pick your roses in person.
My plant arrived in poor condition. What should I do?
Email us at info@56flowers.ca within 7 days of receiving your plant, with photos. We will work out an exchange under our exchange policy.
Do you offer planting or care advice?
Every variety on our site lists its mature height, width, hardiness zone, fragrance, and rebloom habits to help you choose. For care questions, email us anytime at info@56flowers.ca.
